What do you like about JEMA?

“I like the the size of Jema France, as it allows for simple and direct relationships with employees at all levels. I also appreciate the flat organizational structure at Jema France, compared to my previous job at a larger American company.”

What I like about my job is…

“I’m excited about my job at Jema France, especially the educational aspect of it. I’m eager to use my previous experience to contribute to the company’s growth and am confident in my ability to make a positive impact.”

Your challenges for 2023 and after are…

“One of my challenges in the coming year is to integrate myself into the new team and understand the dynamics of the company. I’m ready to adapt to different personalities and work styles to make sure everyone is on the same page.”

What are your hobbies?

“I enjoy playing music in two rock bands during my free time, where I play the bass guitar. I am influenced by both French and English music, and when I’m not practicing with my band, I listen to a mix of rock, punk, and gothic music, as well as some French rap.”

Which book do you like?

“I like Armistead Maupin, a gay American writer known for Chronicles of San Francisco. I have visited the city multiple times and am always impressed by its spirit, captured by Maupin in his writing.”

Emile Zola is a writer who impacted me. I first read his works in high school and rediscovered them on vacation, falling in love with his vivid descriptions and intense storytelling. His works are a literary masterpiece.”

What is your favorite quote?

Why make things complicated when you can make them simple

“I believe that this mindset applies to both my personal and professional life, and that taking a step back, reevaluating projects, and focusing on what’s important can lead to more efficient and effective results.”
